We are especially proud of our handmade Dim Sum selection where each special flavour depends on the ingredients, mixing, kneading and rolling. Our Cheung Fun selection offers both fried and steamed dough sticks and we have a variety of Congee including the deliciously savoury Century Egg and Pork Congee.
